The entire human system is built on a philosophy of reconstruction and replenishment. That system has a buildup and tear down balancing structure that allows for cells to be born and to perform and then when they are worn out, to die and make way for new cells, to continue the functionality of the organism. This is a delicate balance called “healthful homeostasis” that only comes from a balance of anabolic (building) and catabolic (dismantling) mechanisms to continue the function of our cells life so they can do what we ask.
